Monthly membership terms

Andrew Martineau (doing business as Dru Fitness) provides DRU Essential at $49 USD per month, DRU Plus at $99 USD per month and DRU Health360 at $199 USD per month. Each membership is purchased separately from one-time services. Personal training sessions, clinical services and laboratory fees are separate.

Recurring billing and renewal

Your first monthly payment is due when you complete checkout. Each membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. Stripe charges the selected amount on the billing schedule shown in checkout and your receipt. There is no annual commitment or free trial. We do not increase your agreed recurring price through this checkout. Any different plan or price requires a separate agreement.

Cancellation and payment methods

Use Manage billing on the Services page to cancel future renewals, update your payment method or view invoices through Stripe. You may cancel before the next renewal without a termination fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. A voluntary cancellation does not automatically refund the paid month. The published support contact also accepts cancellation and refund requests. A phone call is not required.

Payment problems and access

If payment fails or needs authentication, update your payment method and resolve the invoice in Manage billing. Stripe may retry payment. Membership access is suspended while payment is past due, unpaid, incomplete or paused, and ends when cancellation takes effect. Access requires a confirmed paid invoice for the current billing period. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm continuing membership access.

Refunds and statutory rights

The refund and cancellation policy, including Massachusetts cooling-off and additional cancellation rights, applies. Those rights take precedence over monthly renewal and cancellation rules. We refund eligible unprovided services and correct duplicate or incorrect billing.

Billing information

Stripe hosts payment entry and billing management. Dru Fitness keeps private order references, receipts, billing-customer and subscription references, paid periods, and payment status to administer your purchase. This billing information is kept separately from pseudonymous training records. Card numbers and security codes are not collected by the Dru Fitness website.
